Jeffrey D. Sokol, President/CEO
Jeff Sokol entered the fishing tool industry in the year 2000 with his father at Knight Fishing Services. By 2005 he was a 3rd generation fishing tool supervisor and was professionally operating the downhole fishing equipment on rigs for customers such as Conoco, British Petroleum, Chevron, Shell, Anadarko, Marathon Oil, and all other oilfield majors in the United States, while living in Colorado.
Jeff developed a keen eye for success strategies implemented by the most accomplished people in the oil and gas industry which helped him to formulate his methodology of acquisition, exploration, and field development. He is also a big believer in putting the right teams in place and allowing those teams to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
Jeff’s main focus is business development, leadership management, and identifying growth opportunities in the oil and gas services industry.
Brian Sokol, Chief Operating Officer
Brian has over 35 years of oil and gas experience, with well intervention and correction as the focus of his career. Over the years, in strong leadership roles, Brian has been directly responsible for creating over $80 million in annual revenue for the last company he created on an employee basis, after selling his own internationally operated company in 1998.
Through Brian’s considerable contacts on the production side of the industry, and his intimate knowledge of oil well completions and procedure, he is a valuable asset to our team.
Brian’s role is in overseeing the well completion and optimization, which helps to make Sokol Energy as profitable as possible.
Mike Hamza, Chief Financial Officer
Mike is a senior financial executive with 12 years experience in public accounting. Ernst & Young and Hamza and Domingue, and 29 years experience serving as the chief financial officer of 3 different oilfield service companies, Knight Oil Tools, MB Industries, and Spartan Energy Services.
Extensive experience in conventional bank financing as well as private debt and equity offerings. Lead acquisition of 10 companies, the formation of company startups including the startup of an exploration and production company, the purchase and financing of capital equipment and real estate, and the successful sale of businesses to third parties.
Experienced in corporate planning and budgeting. Responsible for and managed company departments including accounting, tax, human resources, risk management, IT, and safety.
Keith Alexander Jr.
Sokol Energy has a syndicate of very experienced engineers and field supervisors that can be called upon for every nuance of the business, from reservoir engineering and drilling to well construction and production. Each of our consultants has a minimum of 20 years of experience in the field for which they are hired.
